Hi, I’m Cord McConnell, a writer based in Los Angeles. I’ve been working in the film industry for over 10 years. I started as a production assistant and then moved into development, then spent time working with content creators on YouTube. During all of this I was fortunate enough to work closely and learn from the likes of Spike Jonze, Mark Romanek, Billy Ray, Michael Paseornek and Gale Anne Hurd. My narrative writing centers around character driven stories set in grounded sci-fi worlds.
